Asia, a Formerly Chained Dog is Looking for a New Home

Is it just me, or does the white mark on Asia’s forehead look like a bone? I didn’t even notice it while I was photographing her. She is truly a sweetheart who spent most of her young life tied up outside, she is now available through Forgotten Dogs Rescue, WA.

Lacey the Chesapeake Bay Retriever is a Super Smiler!

I’ve seen plenty of dog smiles but, not like this one; Lacey is an extreme smiler.

Lacey is available for adoption, if you’d like to find out more about this cute smiler, contact Mikey’s Chance Canine Rescue through Petfinder.com .

Catching up After the Holidays- Rescue Photos!

Lots  and lots of catching up to do after the holidays; unfortunately the business of finding new homes for homeless animals never slows down, not even for Christmas. I photographed nineteen kittens and puppies yesterday, for two different rescues; and I hope to photograph some more of the weekend.

Here’s some of the cuties I photographed yesterday at the Benton Franklin Humane Society.

Some Un-Posted Photos from 2010

I’ve been spending a lot of time this weekend trying to straighten out my home office. My New Year’s resolution is to be more organized; this is going to be quite a challenge because, I’ve never been very organized. I would love to hire a professional organizer for my home and office! If I’m unable to pull it all together by the time we move to our new place I just might hire a pro so I can start off right.

Anyway, while organizing my photo files, I came across a few that I never posted for one reason or another but, mostly because I’m un-organized!

So here they are; I did a photo-shoot that was purchased as a gift a few months back. Here is Kira the husky and Pumbaa the pug.
